Spa Front Desk Position

Tranquil Balance is a spa offering float therapy, massage and facials. We are seeking a motivated individual who is detail oriented, dependable, and loves customer service to join our front desk team! The ideal candidate would have a flexible schedule, able to work well with others on the team, and have experience with customer service (spa experience a bonus!). We believe in creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for our clients, and a positive work space for out team. This position would be part time with the option and possibility for more hours with training.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting and checking in spa guests


• Checking out guests/ cashing out retail products or gift cards


• Answering phones to schedule guests appointments and answer questions regarding our spa and services offered


• Assist with administrative tasks as needed


• Keep the spa clean and organized at all times


• Help to keep the float rooms cleaned and ready for guests


• Be able to explain all services we offer to guests, and keep up on knowledge of spa products


• Responsible for linens and laundry in treatment rooms and float area
