This position is designed for a warm, attentive, and detail-oriented team member to perform hydrating jelly masks and Éminence Organic skincare masks for our OB clients. By offering these treatments, this team member plays a key role in providing a calming, results-focused experience that enhances client comfort and care during their visit. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and safe environment that aligns with our mission of empowering confidence and enhancing natural beauty through personalized, thoughtful treatments.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Provide customized jelly mask and Éminence mask applications to OB clients on their face or abdominal area, ensuring comfort, safety, and proper product usage.
· Greet clients with professionalism and kindness, creating a calm, supportive atmosphere.
· Evaluate skin type and client needs to determine the appropriate mask treatment.
· Educate clients briefly on the benefits of the treatment and post-care when appropriate.
· Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards of treatment rooms and all materials used.
· Ensure a smooth transition between appointments and assist with maintaining the spa schedule.
· Monitor and restock backbar products related to OB mask services.
· Support Spa team by communicating any client concerns or special needs to management as appropriate.
Secondary Responsibilities:
· Assist with laundry, room turnover, and maintaining a clean, serene lobby area.
· Provide occasional support at the front desk, including greeting clients, helping with intake forms, or answering basic questions.
· Attend training as needed to stay current with mask protocols and skincare product knowledge.
Requirements
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in skincare or spa preferred but not required—training will be provided.
· Friendly, compassionate, and professional demeanor with a focus on client care.
· Ability to work efficiently while maintaining a relaxing experience for the client.
· Strong attention to cleanliness, detail, and time management.
· Passion for skincare and wellness.
Schedule & Expectations:
· Must be available for assigned shifts based on OB client scheduling.
· Expected to uphold our brand values and mission at all times.
· Participation in occasional spa events and trainings.
· Participate in Social Media Creation and Marketing strategies
