Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
BehaviorCare Therapy Part-time and Full-time | $23 to $26 per hour

Childcare, teaching, special education, youth services, mental health, nannying, or direct support. If you have worked as a paraprofessional, teacher’s aide, direct support professional (DSP), camp counselor, childcare provider, or behavioral health tech, your experience may be a great fit for a Behavior Technician role.
Maricopa, AZ Open Schedules:
* Case 1 – Monday to Friday, 1:00pm–4:00pm
* Case 2 – Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 3:00pm–6:00pm; Wednesday 3:00pm–4:30pm
* Case 3 – Monday 3:00pm–6:00 pm; Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 12:00pm–3:00pm (flexible schedule-homeschooling)
* Case 4 – Monday to Friday, 3:15pm–6:15pm

As a Behavior Technician, you will:
- Work one-on-one with children and teens with autism in the home or school setting
- Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Track client progress and complete documentation
- Support positive behavior strategies and skill development
- Communicate consistently with parents and the clinical team
Qualifications
- At least one year of experience working with children, youth, or individuals with special needs (such as tutoring, caregiving, mentoring, or classroom assistance)
- RBT certification is preferred but not required
- Ability to follow structure and behavior plans consistently
- Strong communication and dependability
- Afternoon and early evening availability preferred (weekends optional)
- Must pass a background check and have reliable transportation
$23 - $26 an hour
