Position Title: Special Projects Administrator
Department: Executive
Reports To: Deputy Director
FLSA Status: Exempt
Employment Status: Part-Time
Duty Location: Remote, Hybrid
Position Summary
Duties are performed under the general direction of a deputy director or higher, and require
considerable initiative and independent judgment within an assigned area of responsibility. Work is
evaluated on the basis of results achieved. Researches grant and funding opportunities, coordinating grants
planning activities, preparing final proposals and monitoring accountability of funded proposals.

Work Environment
This position is primarily performed in a remote office environment. The employee regularly uses a computer, telephone, and other standard office equipment. The work environment is generally quiet to moderate in noise level. Occasional travel to TOKA offices, meetings, or external agencies may be required.
