Private Duty Caregiver 

$75.00 Per Visit

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated staff to join our Home Health and Hospice care team! In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in their homes. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patients and their families, ensuring comfort, dignity, and optimal quality of life.

Requirements

Ideal Candidates will:· 

• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Promote personal safety and a safe environment for clients.
• Maintain compliance with agency policy, procedures, and job requirements.
• Home Health experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications:· 

• Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• One (1) year of clinical experience is preferred. 
• Current CPR BLS Hands-on Certification and TB test
