Speech Language Pathologist

Job Summary:

GD Resources LLC is seeking a licensed and qualified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide contracted services at Tuba City Boarding School in Tuba City, Arizona. This role involves delivering comprehensive speech and language services to students based on their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), in alignment with all federal, state, and Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech/language evaluations, diagnoses, and therapy for K–12 students.

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).

• Provide direct therapy services and document student progress.

• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student needs.

• Maintain accurate records and submit all required reports and documentation in a timely manner.

• Comply with confidentiality regulations (e.g., FERPA) and BIE policies.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.

• Current state licensure (AZ or eligible for reciprocity) and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP preferred).

• Minimum 1 year of school-based or pediatric experience preferred.

• Must pass a federal background check per Public Laws 101-630 and 101-647.

• Knowledge of IEP development and implementation.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Schedule:

• Regular school hours, Monday – Friday (exact schedule to be coordinated with school administration).

• In-person services required on campus at Tuba City Boarding School.

• Opportunity for contract renewal for up to four (4) additional option years through 2030.
