Speech Language Pathologist/Feeding Therapist

Position Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and compassionate Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with experience in feeding, swallowing, and dysphagia management to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in pediatric speech-language therapy and a special interest in evaluating and treating children with complex feeding and swallowing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech-language and/or feeding/swallowing evaluations
  


• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  


• Provide therapy for a variety of communication and feeding disorders, including oral-motor delays, sensory-based feeding aversions, and dysphagia
  


• Collaborate closely with caregivers, OT/PTs, and medical professionals
  


• Provide caregiver education and home programming
  


• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with clinic standards
  


• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and case consultations
  
  

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  


• Current SLP license in the state of Texas


• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
  


• Experience in pediatric feeding, swallowing, and dysphagia (required)
  


• Completion of continuing education and/or certifications in feeding (e.g., VitalStim, SOS, TalkTools) is highly preferred
  


• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  


• Passion for working with children with complex developmental and medical needs
