Job Description:

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapists (OT), Physical Therapists (PT), and Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) to join our Early Intervention team. You’ll provide home-based therapy services to infants and toddlers, working closely with families to support developmental progress in a natural environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify developmental needs.
• Develop and implement individualized service plans (IFSP).
• Deliver therapy services in homes and community settings.
• Provide family training to support therapy goals.
• Document sessions and maintain compliance with EI guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Valid NYS license in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology.
• Experience working with young children (birth to 3 years) preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.

Compensation:

• Up to $80/hour, based on experience and credentials.
