Are you a licensed Speech Therapist looking for a flexible, as-needed role in a modern rehab setting? Advanced Health Care of St. George is seeking a compassionate, experienced PRN Speech Therapist to provide therapy services to patients in our short-term rehabilitation facility.

About the Role

In this PRN position, you'll provide diagnostic evaluations and therapeutic interventions for patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing impairments. Your schedule will vary based on patient needs and may include weekdays (primarily Monday–Friday), on-call coverage, and occasional weekends. Weekend availability is a plus!

What You’ll Do

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver high-quality therapy for speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
• Document progress and maintain timely, accurate clinical records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members on care planning and patient goals
• Educate patients, caregivers, and team members on communication and swallowing strategies

• Current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of Utah
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
• Skilled nursing facility (SNF) or rehab experience preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Flexibility to work varying days and shifts based on evaluations and patient need
