We deliver these services by deploying a network of highly skilled associates based throughout the United States and in over 90 countries worldwide, ensuring rapid on-site support at your supplier locations. Our associates are expert quality assurance professionals with extensive experience and local expertise, enabling us to represent our clients on demand and with greater speed and efficiency than our competitors

Key Responsibilities

    • Validate corrective actions across FOD prevention, ship-loose kitting accuracy, CARs verification, and sub-tier supplier management/receiving inspection.

    • Monitor and report exit criteria/success metrics to ensure sustainable and proactive quality controls.
    • Conduct audits on quantities and bagging of ship-loose kits; ensure controls address one-off and edge case escapes.
    • Confirm CAR (Corrective Action Report) implementation for specific incidents and assess supplier management/receiving inspection.
    • Collaborate with Cirrus Supplier Quality and Engineering teams, leveraging supplier-development tools (tech reviews, control plans, PFMEA).
    • Support creation and delivery of training materials, presentations, and curriculum updates.
    • Provide on-site presence (2–3 days per week in Mobile, AL), aligned with Continental’s production cadence.
    • Develop and maintain a corrective action follow-up plan, including maintenance and tracking of effectiveness

Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, or related field) or equivalent experience.
    • 3–5+ years of Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE) or Quality Engineering experience, preferably with exposure to aerospace and automotive industries.
    • Hands-on experience with FOD audits, receiving inspection, CARs, and supplier corrective action management.
    • Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies such as PFMEA, control plans, root cause analysis, and process validation.
    • Strong knowledge of supplier quality management systems and sub-tier supplier oversight.
    • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional and supplier engagement.
    • Willingness to travel and work on-site 2–3 days per week in Mobile, AL.
    • Continuous improvement mindset with demonstrated ability to identify risks and implement sustainable controls.
