Staff Chaplain- Part Time

We at Lyngblomsten are very excited to announce our brand new opportunity for a part time Staff Chaplain at our gorgeous new Lino Lakes campus!

The posted pay range of this hourly position is $24 to $30. The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical.

Description

The Staff Chaplain for Lyngblomsten is to provide spiritual care to members of the Lyngblomsten community (residents, tenants, families, staff, volunteers, and visitors).  To preach, teach, counsel, and administer the sacraments.  To participate in the interdisciplinary care of residents.  And to coordinate spiritual care with local clergy.

Qualifications

• M. Div. Degree
• Minimum 4 units of Clinical Pastoral Education preferred
• Ordination and ecclesiastical endorsement
• Training and experience in ministry with older adults preferred
• Experience working in a Church congregation preferred
