Staff Pediatric Staff Nurse (RN/LPN) Tampa-PT days

Staff nurses- LPNs and RNs (Part-Time Only)
Location: Tampa and Surrounding Areas
Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM | 12-Hour Days
Schedule: 2 Days per Week with Rotating Weekends
Patient Ratio: 1 Nurse to 6 Patients
Pay: $25.00 – $41.00 per hour (based on license type and experience)
Job Type: Part-Time

• Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)


• Registered Nurses (RNs)

Your Responsibilities:

• Complete and document patient assessments and care plans


• Administer medications, therapies, and treatments according to care protocols


• Monitor patient progress and report changes promptly


• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members


• Educate patients and caregivers on conditions and care techniques


• Maintain a safe, clean, and comforting care environment


• Respond effectively to emergencies using sound clinical judgment

Preferred Clinical Experience:

• IV therapy


• G-tube, tracheostomy, and ventilator management


• Pediatric or young adult care


• Wound care and emergency response


• Strong critical thinking and assessment skills

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing


• Active Florida LPN or RN license (unrestricted)


• Current BLS or CPR certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross)


• Minimum 1 year of experience in:


• Acute Care


• Rehab


• Hospital


• Home Health or Hospice


• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills


• Compassionate and reliable with a patient-first mindset


• Willing to participate in designated emergency disaster team (Team A, B, or C)
