Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and coordinate caregiver shifts to meet client needs
Communicate with caregivers and clients to ensure seamless service delivery
Respond to staffing needs, call-outs, and emergencies promptly
Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation
Support recruitment, onboarding, and caregiver engagement activities
Collaborate with care managers and office staff to ensure high-quality service

Qualifications:

Experience in scheduling, staffing, or healthcare coordination (home care preferred)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Tech-savvy (familiarity with scheduling software and Microsoft Office)
Compassionate and client-focused mindset
