Job Description - Staffing Coordinator-part time

Staffing Coordinator
Pulse-MD Urgent care with six offices in the Hudson Valley is seeking a talented staffing Coordinator to join their team.
Staffing Coordinator Responsibilities Include:

Create and post schedules for provider, front desk, radiology and clinical departments, track and post changes and approve trades.
Maintain timely records of call-out, late and early arrivals to work and coordinate with HR daily to ensure attendance policies are administered promptly and fairly.
Monitor and minimize staff overtime
Contact and schedule agency staff, if applicable, to cover open shifts as a last resort.
Keep accurate record of all PTO and change requests
Experience working with payroll as well as minor HR functions.

Staffing Coordinator Qualifications/Requirements:

Must have staffing coordinator experience in healthcare
Graduate of an accredited high school or GED
Computer knowledge required
Experience with scheduling, HR and payroll
Ability to effectively communicate with others
Available Monday through Friday 6:00 am to 12:00 pm
