The Standard Model Compliance Specialist has a crucial role in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our community. They work closely with our customers, providers (DSPs), and county or brokerage-based case workers to ensure that everyone involved is treated with care and respect. The Standard Model Compliance Specialist serves as the front-line support to help ensure that customers and providers receive the assistance they need and that they feel like they are part of a family. Additionally, they will also train the County Coordinators and help guide them to deliver compliant Standard Model reports to the county/brokerages.
Specific Responsibilities:
Establish and continually improve the Standard Rate Model, including processes, procedures, and training.
Answer incoming calls
Reply to any emails, text messages, and voicemails daily, 1 business day.
Document any interactions between the customer and provider in the support notes
Help provide solutions if conflict arises with providers and customers
Create Quarterly Reports, Action Plans documents, and Protocols for Standard Model
Maintain customer and provider demographic profiles for accuracy
Be a resource to County Coordinators
Train County Coordinators
Manage Relias (training platform)
Maintain all County Coordinator Processes and Spreadsheets
Oversight, guide, and support County Coordinators with the following
Oversee our Background Check system
Qualifications:

Proficient with Google and Windows platforms (including Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Sheets, Docs, Excel, and Word)
Must have integrity and an eagerness to grow
Knowledge of the I/DD community
Have experience in Leadership or Managing a Team
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred but not required
Attention to detail
Be cleared through a federal background check
Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma/GED
