1. Uses Starbucks operational tools including Automated Labor Scheduling, Monthly Status Report, Quarterly Business Review, cash management and inventory management to assist with store management


2. Oversee scheduling and daily work activities of Baristas


3. Assists with new employee training by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed


4. Manages workflow during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating efficiently


5. Models outstanding customer service and provides coaching as appropriate


6. Provides quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards


7. Enforces safe food handling procedures


8. Acts with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of the organization


9. Follows the organization’s operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling, safety and security to ensure the safety of all staff during each shift


10. Role models the principles of a Just Culture and Organizational Values


11. Perform other duties as assigned. Must be HIPAA compliant
