Pay Range: $35-41/hr



Description:

As a Consultant, Store Merchandising you are accountable for the execution of the Haircolor business in the professional store network (SalonCentric + State RDA), including the development & execution of merchandising vision, in partnership brand marketers.



Key Responsibilities:

• Operate as a project manager to oversee end to end operations of the stores business by delivering a shared merchandising vision as it relates to in line and promotional merchandising.
  
• Work with marketing team and cross-functional partners to help move projects forward from concept creation to execution. Inclusive of:
  
• Co-develop pitches to gain exposure in store through key placements and activities i.e. endcaps, wall updates etc.
  
• Execute all inline and monthly promotional merchandising activations
  
• Oversee Fuel & CAPEX budget management within color and in collaboration with the other PODS
  

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
  
• 2-3 years brand management/merchandising experience, preferably with beauty industry-related experience.
  
• Excellent written/oral communication skills and forecasting experience.
  
• Ability to work autonomously, with strong organization and planning in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  
• Computer literacy on Windows, MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
