Job Description - Strategic Planning Trainer

Introduction:
The Central Valley Operations Office (CVOO) is seeking a Strategic Planning Facilitator to guide and support the implementation of strategic direction and execution plans within the office and the broader California Great Basin Region. The facilitator will work closely with the CVOO management team to further develop a sophisticated strategic planning culture through facilitated training and working sessions.

Location: Central Valley Operations Office (CVOO), 3310 El Camino Ave, Suite 300, Sacramento, CA 95821
Qualifications:

Mastery of organizational effectiveness, training, and facilitation, specifically in strategic planning processes.
Proven experience in facilitating strategic planning sessions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and implement strategic planning frameworks.
Experience in working with government agencies is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Conduct meetings with CVO Management Team and relevant stakeholders to develop targeted training for strategic planning sessions.
Develop a shared understanding of the goals, results, and benefits of strategic planning.
Conduct application exercise reviews with CVO Management Team
