Regular Part-Time, Non-Exempt

$12 per hour

Actively hiring for Summer 2025

• Eligible to continue employment part-time after Summer 2025
• Students are eligible to work up to 40 hours/week during the summer, based on departmental needs. Preference given to students eligible to work a minimum of 20hrs/week.
• Ability to commit a minimum of 12hrs/week during the school year, with a preference of 20hrs/week.

Administrative Support/Project Assistance

Support various projects including data entry, proofreading, and design of online giving page. Provide general back-up and administrative support to the Strategic Solicitations team as needed. Department and storage organization and upkeep.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled at Kansas State University
• Strong customer service skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize projects and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Comfortable making calls and talking with external customers
• Experience in Microsoft Office, primarily in Word, Excel and Power Point
