Stretching Specialist – Personal Trainers, Massage Therapists, Fitness Instructors

We specialize in one-on-one assisted stretching and are leading the way in this rapidly expanding wellness modality. Whether your background is in personal training, athletic training, massage therapy, physical therapy, yoga, Pilates, or dance instruction—if you love helping others feel and perform their best, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver personalized, one-on-one assisted stretch sessions
- Lead small group stretch classes (up to 6 clients)
- Motivate and engage clients throughout each session
- Build strong relationships and help grow our membership base
- Ensure client safety by applying proper stretching techniques
- Represent Stretch-R-evolution at community and offsite events
- Collaborate with team members and attend regular training sessions
- Maintain studio cleanliness and readiness
- Promote the studio via your own social media (optional but encouraged)
Who You Are
- Passionate about movement, mobility, and helping others
- Certified or licensed in one or more of the following:
- Personal Training (NASM, ACE, etc.)
- Athletic Training
- Physical Therapy or PT Aide
- Massage Therapy (Licensed)
- Pilates, Yoga, or Dance Instruction
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in fitness, wellness, or rehab settings
- Friendly, professional, and reliable
- Strong communicator who thrives in a team environment
- Willing to obtain a stretching specialization certification within 90 days of hire
