MY “ONE THING”  

Lead ministry to High School and Middle School students with the vision to Reach the world for Jesus, one student at a time by coordinating and executing mid-week youth services and student Life Groups where students can grow in their relationship to God and to others in a safe and fun environment that aligns with the vision and values of Riverside. 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS    

• Ensure current and incoming volunteers are background checked, paperwork is processed and are connected with
  a meaningful role. 

• Set up, staff, and run Midweek program. 

• Oversee all steps in the process of assimilating new students into the ministry. 

• Have regular conversation with Campus Pastor regarding Student Ministry. 

• Ensure that the facilities are reset after student events, groups and services. 

• Commit to the philosophy of ministry and participate in the overall life of the church.  

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION 

• Years of Experience:
  1-3 years 

• Education Required:
  
  HS Diploma 

• Major/Minor:
  Education relating to field of expertise preferred 

• Certifications/Licenses:
  None 

• Management/Supervisor Experiences:
  Preferred experience leading volunteers
