Student Service Attendant

The Student Services Attendant is responsible for supporting students in virtual speech therapy and counseling sessions. The role includes escorting students to and from classrooms. The staff member sets up and monitors necessary technology- such as computers, headsets, and virtual platforms. Additional duties include assisting students with engagement, communicating with the service providers and teachers about scheduling or student needs, tracking attendance, and reporting any concerns.

The ideal candidate will implement all responsibilities with excellence and will hold students and self to high standards.

• High School Diploma or AA required
• Commitment to student success and learning
• Ability to independently rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions
• Desire to improve professionally, open to receiving coaching and feedback
• Flexible to a changing work environment; always presents with a positive attitude
• Ability to read and write simple correspondence
• Possesses effective communication skills
