Job Description: Student Success Champion
Location: Paradise Valley, Fairfield, CA
Schedule:
• In-person role: Monday - Friday, 2 pm to 7 pm
• Some weekends: 9 am to 2 pm (as needed)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual to join our team as a Student Success Champion. This role is crucial in ensuring that our students and their families have a seamless and uplifting experience with our program. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is naturally detail-oriented, and enjoys working with kids and families.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Functions:
• Manage coach and student schedules daily, ensuring compliance with individualized plans.
• Handle billing, scheduling, special requests, and other administrative interactions.
• Maintain the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and prepare for meetings and appointments.
• Collaborate with management to support various administrative business needs.
• Facilitate new student Learning Discoveries (training provided).
• Prepare and distribute monthly newsletters to families.
• Provide post-enrollment support and ensure client satisfaction.
Customer Engagement:
• Be the welcoming face of Miracle Math, enthusiastically greeting students and parents.
• Address questions and concerns, providing excellent customer service.
• Recruit new members through in-office and off-site events.
• Communicate with potential clients via phone and email, explaining our services.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a fast-paced administrative role.
• Must enjoy problem-solving and variety in their workday.
• Strong conflict management background and skills to maintain a positive work culture.
• Proven experience managing schedules and providing customer service.
• Effective independent problem solver with keen attention to detail.
• Quick learner of software platforms.
• Consistent adherence to policies and procedures.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback to the team and support management in disciplinary actions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Comfortable working with children and parents in our family-focused business.
• Positive attitude and a passion for continuous learning.
• Open availability Monday to Saturday (exceptions can be made for the right candidate).
