Students at FPU Only: Reception Desk Staff (Summer 25)

Job Summary:
FPU's Raven Recreation is seeking several friendly and reliable individual to join our team at the front desk at our North Fields Activity Center. This is a summer position starting 5/10/2025 and ending 8/24/2025. This customer service-based position involves creating community memberships, checking in patrons, handling transactions using a cash register and credit card machine, and ensuring a clean and organized reception area. The role also includes enforcing our shoe policy and other facility rules to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience is a plus

• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude

• Ability to enforce policies with confidence and professionalism

• Reliable, organized, and attentive to detail
