Position Overview:

• Role: Substitute Assistant Teacher


• Location: Anchorage, AK


• Type: Part-Time, on-call, flexible hours based on availability


• Starting Salary:
  
  
  
  • High School Diploma/GED: $16.53 per hour
  
  
  • CDA Certificate or Degree related to Early Childhood Education: $16.92 per hour
  
  
  
  


• Benefits: Includes a $300 sign-on bonus after completing the 90-day probation period

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to classrooms as needed, following provided schedules based on your availability.


• Assist in implementing curriculum and activities that support children's learning and development.


• Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for young children while fostering positive interactions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.


• Additional certification or degree related to Early Childhood Education preferred.


• Ability to maintain a flexible schedule and work at various locations as needed.


• Passion for working with young children and helping them learn and grow.
