What You'll Be Up To:

You’ll be the steady support and warm presence that helps each day run smoothly—partnering with your fellow teachers to make sure every child feels safe, seen, and inspired.

• Jump in during meals, transitions, and playful routines
• Help with diapering, potty learning, feeding, and tidying up
• Watch over little ones during playtime, stories, outside time, and rest
• Keep the classroom clean, cozy, and curiosity-ready
• Set out engaging materials and lend a hand with learning activities
• Foster independence and kindness in everyday moments
• Follow classroom plans and safety guidelines with care
• Greet families with warmth and cheerful connection
• Share observations and partner with teachers and leadership

• You’re CPR/First Aid certified—or open to getting certified
• You meet your state’s licensing requirements for Lead Teachers
• You’re confident leading a classroom and mentoring assistant teachers
• You have experience planning curriculum, tracking child development, and partnering with families
