Substitute Teacher (On-Call/Part-Time Flexible)

Integrity Educational Services is currently seeking Substitute Teachers for Lighthouse Academy in Grand Rapids who have a passion for working with at-risk youth and are interested in a flexible schedule.

Integrity Educational Services (IES) is a non-profit management company serving students at Hope Academy of West Michigan and Lighthouse Academy.

We are looking for individuals interested in working a flexible schedule; you select which days you are available to substitute teach.

Essential Functions:

Responsible for providing appropriate education experiences to meet the needs of youth enrolled in IES programs. The substitute teacher is accountable to the Principal and functions as a member of the IES team, which consists of classroom teachers, instructional support staff, school social workers, the principal, and the office staff.

Qualifications:

Substitute Permit - must have completed 60 semester hours of satisfactory credit consolidated at a regionally accredited four-year college or university. Subscribe to the mission and values of Integrity Educational Services. Permit acquired by company.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $150.00 per day (more than 4 hours) or $75.00 per half-day (4 hours or less).
