Are you energetic, caring, and love working with kids? We Rock the Spectrum - Eagan is looking for enthusiastic Summer Program Coach to help create a fun, safe, and inclusive experience for children with disabilities during our summer programs.

At We Rock the Spectrum, we provide an inclusive sensory gym where kids of all abilities can explore, play, and grow. Our summer program is packed with crafts, games, sensory play, and activities designed to engage every child and create lasting memories.

About the Role

As a Summer Program Coach, you’ll be part of a supportive team making sure every child is safe, engaged, and having fun. From sensory activities to crafts, you’ll help create a welcoming environment where kids feel valued and included.

This is a great opportunity for high school and college students interested in education, special education, or working with kids!

Key Responsibilities

• Support children during activities like crafts, sensory play, and games
• Ensure participants are safe, engaged, and having a great time
• Assist with cleaning and keeping the space organized and welcoming
• Create a positive, inclusive, and fun environment for everyone
• Be a team player and a positive role model for children

What We’re Looking For

• A love for working with children of all abilities
• Friendly, energetic, and positive attitude
• Responsible and reliable
• No experience or certifications required—just a willingness to learn!

Program Dates & Hours

8:30 AM – 1:30 PM on the following weeks:

• June 9–13
• June 23–27
• July 7–11
• July 21–25
• August 4–8
• August 18–22

Mandatory Training: Saturday, June 8th

 Applicants should be available for at least 5 out of the 6 program weeks

 Additional hours may be available based on experience
