Pay: 15- 17.20 per hour, Weekly pay 
Training: Paid training provided

About the Role:
We are seeking a kind, patient, and reliable individual to provide one-on-one support for an energetic and lovable 8-year-old boy with autism. This position involves working closely with the child in home and community settings to support communication, social skills, and daily routines.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in play-based learning and structured activities

• Support sensory, behavioral, and communication needs

• Assist with daily routines (meals, transitions, etc.)

• Collaborate with parents and therapists

• Foster a safe, calm, and positive environment

Qualifications:

• Experience with children or individuals with special needs (preferred, not required)

• Willingness to learn and follow a care plan

• Dependable, compassionate, and enthusiastic

• Must pass background check

• Must have reliable transportation

Schedule:

• Part-time (hours flexible, discussed during interview)

• Includes weekdays after school and/or weekends
