Swim Lesson Instructor

George School's Swim Academy is seeking experienced and enthusiastic Swim Instructors to join our team. We are looking for Swim Instructors who have a passion for teaching children how to swim and helping them develop their swimming skills in a fun and safe environment.

This is a part-time position with flexible hours available and hourly pay.  If you are passionate about teaching children to swim and are looking for a rewarding opportunity, we would love to hear from you!  

Responsibilities:

• Teach 1:1 swim lessons to children ages 4+.
• Conduct swim lessons that are engaging and age-appropriate.
• Provide individualized instruction and feedback to each student.
• Ensure the safety of all students in the pool and in the pool area.
• Communicate with parents about their child's progress and any concerns.

Requirements

• Previous experience teaching swim lessons to children.
• Current WSI or Swim America certification.
• Current CPR certification.
• Knowledge of swim instruction techniques and water safety.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well with children of all ages and skill levels.
