Position Overview

Shifts: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Status: Full-time or Part-time
Roles Available:

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)


• Registered Nurse (RN)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough patient assessments and update care plans


• Provide compassionate, hands-on care in accordance with physician directives


• Administer medications and treatments with precision


• Monitor and document patient status and changes


• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive care environment


• Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure holistic support


• Communicate with families and advocate for patient well-being

Preferred Experience

• Pediatric or young adult care


• Ventilator, trach, or G-tube management


• IV therapy and wound care


• Strong clinical decision-making and emergency response skills


• Excellent time management and communication abilities

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or higher in Nursing


• Current Florida LPN or RN license


• Valid BLS/CPR certification (AHA or Red Cross)


• Experience in acute care, home health, long-term care, rehab, or hospice settings


• Compassionate, dependable, and adaptable


• Willingness to participate in designated emergency response teams (Team A, B, or C)

Compensation

$27.00 – $41.00 per hour
(Rate based on experience, licensure, and role)
