💲 Pay: $15.00 – $19.00 per hour (based on experience & certification)

Are you a dedicated caregiver looking to make a meaningful difference on weekends? At 5 Star Cares, we’re hiring compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a safe, supportive group home environment.

This is an ideal opportunity for healthcare professionals who want to bring their skills to a low-stress, high-impact setting—perfect for those with experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehab.

💼 What You’ll Do

• Assist residents with daily living tasks (bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, and mobility)


• Observe and report changes in condition or behavior


• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful living environment


• Encourage independence and promote dignity in all interactions


• Use assistive equipment safely (wheelchairs, shower chairs, gait belts, etc.)


• Communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors

📋 Requirements

✔ At least 2 years of experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehab
✔ Valid BLS, CPR, and First Aid certification (AHA or Red Cross)
✔ Able to pass a Level 2 Background Screening
✔ Experience with intellectual disabilities or mental illness is preferred
✔ Must be able to safely lift 50+ lbs and assist with transfers
✔ Willing to work in both Tampa and Lutz (homes are approx. 15 minutes apart)
✔ Reliable, professional, and compassionate demeanor
