I AM LOOKING FOR READING AND MATH TUTORS (Upper Level Math/ACT as well).

We are seeking a Sylvan Teacher /Tutor to help our clients excel academically! You will provide non-classroom instruction to students on an individual or group basis. This position does not require you to teach a large group of students but you get to work with a small group and really help kids reach their educational goals!!! Flexible schedule, no lesson planning, no need to bring work home....literally come and teach kids reading and math skills.

Sylvan of Eagan has FLEXIBLE hours between 4-8pm and Saturday 9am-1pm. This is the perfect part-time job for anyone who is already in education or has a passion for math and wants to help kids love math! You do not bring any work home! Literally come and teach at the center!

Responsibilities:

• Manage and educate students in a non-classroom setting


• Use our curriculum to teach reading and math skills (No lesson planning)


• Work on skills to increase educational milestones with students


• Document and communicate progress reports


• Provide constructive feedback for students

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in teaching, tutoring, or other related fields


• Ability to build rapport with students


• Sufficient knowledge of core educational subjects


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
