Location: Euless, Texas
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm
Pay: $29.54/hr

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support operators on the production floor
• Train team members and help build technical skills
• Manage workflow, equipment, and materials
• Complete production documentation accurately
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot various machines
• Perform quality checks and uphold safety standards
• Maintain an organized, clean work area

What You Bring

• Manufacturing experience (required)
• Ability to operate and learn multiple machine types
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
• Flexibility as production needs change
• Ability to work independently and model positive behaviors
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
