POSITION OVERVIEW

Our Team Members keep things spinning and shaking during their various scheduled shifts taking place anytime between 11:00 A.M. to 11:00 P.M. You will be trained to have a strong understanding of the company, culture, and team with a focus on providing an unforgettable experience for every customer. We want every customer to leave with a smile!

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Bring your A-game to MilkShake Factory and join a team that thrives on exceptional customer-service, integrity, and serious know-how. Our Team Members are adaptable, teachable, and friendly; they bring smiles to the faces of our customers when they see, find, and point out the good in those they serve and interact with. It's all about making that memorable experience for our customers! Elevate your salesmanship by getting creative with sampling and product recommendations. Show off your skills by whipping up top-notch, delicious milkshakes, sundaes, and dipped chocolates, all while making customers rave about you and the awesomeness you share with them.

REQUIREMENTS

Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and exceptional customer service skills

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Attention to detail and safety requirements

Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination

Previous customer service and cash handling experience is a plus

Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays

Must perform physical activities to accomplish assigned duties, such as walking and standing for up to and including 4 hours at a time, bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting to 25 pounds

Compensation: $11.00 - $12.50 per hour
