What You’ll Do:

Welcome customers with a friendly smile and helpful attitude
Handle customer payments and rewards accounts
Keep toppings stocked, machines clean, and the shop looking great
Share the scoop on flavors, promotions, and fan favorites
Help set the vibe—music, cleanliness, and happy customers
Assist with in-store activities like samples, games, or events
Help proactively with social media, offer ideas for fun content
