Position: Kitchen Staff/Delivery Driver

Responsibilities: Customer satisfaction is very important at Brenz and this starts with the kitchen staff. The Cook’s main responsibility is to prepare, store, and supply all our high-quality ingredients so that we can produce great food fast. And, as part of the Brenz team, we expect all our employees to be willing to jump in and help wherever is needed to produce our award-winning food.
Physical Requirements: Being a cook is intense work. As a Team Member at Brenz, you will need to be able to quickly and accurately cut, chop, prepare, and properly store large amounts of food that meet our exacting standards. Team Members also need to be able to stand for their entire shift and work in hot or cold conditions while preparing the food.
Experience/Education: Previous kitchen experience is recommended. Our Team Members need to work fast and follow directions and recipes accurately. Also knowing how to use and operate our kitchen’s tools and equipment safely is required.
- Driving experience/insurance: All of our drivers must be at least 18 years old, have a clean driving record, and have an insured vehicle to use for deliveries.
- Personality: Since you will be the “face” of our company to the customer, we need people who will be upbeat, polite, and professional. Brenz strives to make our customers' experiences exceptional, and we need our drivers to make our customers feel this way too.
- Navigation: Prompt, speedy deliveries are a must for us and you. Pizza is best served hot, and on-time deliveries can also increase your tips. So, knowing your way around town and being able to navigate Dublin streets is a must.
Other: Must be at least 18 years old.

Our team worked tirelessly to develop the foundation of our business, the Signature Brenz Dough. Our Concept began as a single operation under the name Enzo's Pizza Co., located in Durham, NC, right outside Duke University.
Enzo's quickly got the attention of the community—voted best pizza by Duke six times. Duke students and faculty, as well as families in the Durham community, choose Enzo's as their favorite pizza.
In 2015, we committed to expand our concept under a new name, Brenz Pizza Co., with locations in North Carolina, Tennessee, and Ohio. During this time, our culinary team developed multiple award-winning pizzas which took top prizes in national pizza competitions. In 2017, Brenz proudly represented the U.S. Pizza Team at the World Pizza Championship in Parma, Italy.
