Keep toppings stocked, machines clean, and the shop looking great
Share the scoop on flavors, promotions, and fan favorites
Help set the vibe—music, cleanliness, and happy customers
Assist with in-store activities like samples, games, or events
Help proactively with social media, offer ideas for fun content
