Job Title: Technical Writer/Business Analyst 

Location: Charlotte, NC

This position is for a Tech Writer/ Business Analyst to join our team for the launch of a new tool.

 

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills to drive successful execution and adherence to our project processes. Essential skills for this role include strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and disciplined organizational and time management skills.

 

The position is well-suited for those with a talent for technical writing, with responsibilities including the design of standardized, comprehensive user guides, crafting clear and concise training documentation.

 

The role may offer an opportunity to conduct training sessions, facilitating a hands-on approach to global team collaboration and knowledge sharing. This position is perfect for a proactive individual looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, environment.

What’s Needed?

• Work with the development team to gain access to software products, start creating and putting together creative, technical documents
  
• Create technical documentation from scratch for migration from one software product to another, prior experience with this is a requirement for this position 
  
• Work with the development team to access both the current and new Content Management Platforms to create support materials/support guides for internal and external use
  
• Work with the developers, product owners, and business analyst to walk through use cases in old tool and talk through what the new tool offers, answer any questions, then have someone document, reach a point for follow up
  
• Create level of user material for a variety of uses
  
• Tap into creative processes to create out of the box type of support documentation that works as a self-service guide
  
• Work with the Global Launch Team to ensure training materials and resources are in place for all user personas
  
• Ensure standardization of tool and process support materials and that those materials are posted on a collaborative site
  
• Facilitate internal audits of adherence to development standard and ensure data quality within the PPM Tool
  
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in project tools and processes
