Technical Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will be Responsible Operating within the overall IT program structure, this role will be accountable to work with business and technical stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements. Job Title: Technical Business Analyst 

Location:  Raleigh, NC

Duration- 12+ Months 

You'll need to have:

•  Retail lending portfolio conversions is nice to have.
  
• Solid technical experience, data analysis, data feeds
  
• Waterfall experience, Agile a plus
  
• Test experience: execute UAT testing - 
  
• Financial Services background, experience doing core conversions
  
• 5+ years of experience in software development and/or business analysis of Financial Systems or other relevant professional experience
  
• 7+ years of working on medium-to-high complexity initiatives
  
• Project / Program delivery in Agile and/or Waterfall environment (medium-to-large scale initiatives) using influence to facilitate to outcomes
  
• Practical experience with any of the key disciplines required in agile delivery – such as software development or business (system) analysis.
  
• Ability to apply RBC Project & Agile Management Frameworks and well documented Project Management techniques
  
• Experience working in a dependent multi team environment
  
• Strong Communication and Delivery skills
