Part-Time Telephone Sales Representative – Home Care Services

Are you confident on the phone and passionate about helping others? Join our growing home care agency as a Part-Time Telephone Sales Representative and help connect families with the care their loved ones deserve.

Position Overview
This role focuses on outbound and follow-up calls to prospective clients, referral sources, and community partners. You will educate callers about our services, identify needs, and help schedule in-home consultations.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and referral partners

Follow up on inquiries and warm leads

Clearly explain home care services and benefits

Set appointments for care consultations

Maintain accurate call notes and tracking logs

Meet weekly call and appointment-setting goals

Qualifications:

Prior telephone sales or inside sales experience required

Experience in home care, healthcare, senior services, or related field preferred

Strong communication and listening skills

Compassionate and professional phone presence

Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Comfortable working independently

Schedule:

Part-time (15–25 hours per week)

Flexible weekday hours

Compensation:

Hourly base pay $22
