Temporary Creative IT Specialist

Job Overview: As a Temporary Creative IT Specialist at Hope Center Ministries, you will be at the forefront of integrating technology solutions to drive organizational efficiency and empower our staff and volunteers. This role offers a unique opportunity for a creative individual with a passion for technology to contribute to the success of a mission-driven organization.

Responsibilities:

Software and Applications:

• Evaluate, recommend, and implement software solutions that align with organizational objectives.


• Provide technical support for software applications used by staff and volunteers.


• Collaborate with other departments to understand technology needs and creatively align IT strategies with organizational goals.

Data Management:

• Implement and manage data storage, backup, and recovery solutions.


• Develop and enforce creative data management policies to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

User Support:

• Provide technical support to staff and volunteers, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.


• Conduct engaging training sessions to enhance IT literacy across the organization.
  

Vendor Management:

• Manage relationships with IT vendors, ensuring the procurement of cost-effective and high-quality hardware and software.

IT Policies and Procedures:

• Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures, infusing creativity to ensure the responsible and innovative use of technology resources.


• Keep policies up-to-date with industry best practices.

Equipment:

• Manage and creatively set up all equipment, including laptops, iPads, and phones, to support a dynamic and efficient work environment.
