Position Summary:
UNICA is a program within El Programa Hispano Católico that provides prevention and intervention services to survivors of domestic and sexual violence. The goal of the program is to provide support, advocacy, and opportunity for self-empowerment that enables survivors to exercise free and informed life choices. UNICA operates the first and only 24-hour DV/SA Spanish language Crisis Line offered in Multnomah County and the state of Oregon.
The Temporary Crisis Line Manager is responsible for coordination of services related to Linea UNICA, including oversight of our partnership under Unified Hospital Response which supports survivors with sexual assault forensic exam advocacy at local area hospitals 24/7. This position is responsible for direct supervision of UNICA on-call staff for crisis line and unified hospital response.
**This is a temporary position intended to support the UNICA Crisis Line through staffing absence and will end on September 30, 2026.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Provide direct support to on-call advocates while working on the crisis line, including volunteers and interns, with developing safety plans, find shelter, escape violence, and get connected to services.

COMPENSATION: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour - based on experience.
Location & Typical Working Conditions: The majority of work performed by this position can be accomplished in a hybrid/remote work environment, though frequent in-person meetings will be required. There are times that work requires in person, onsite activities. On-site work is located at EPHC’s offices in Gresham, OR. Job duties may require occasional travel, and evening and weekend work depending on project deadlines.
