Temporary Part-Time Operations Specialist

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our team on a part-time, temporary basis. This role offers a consistent morning schedule, making it a great fit for someone seeking steady, daytime hours in a professional office setting. 

Schedule: 25 hours/week, Monday - Friday, 7AM - 12PM 

Location: fully in office - Edina, MN 

Duration: through Dec 2026 

Accountabilities/Responsibilities: 

• Open, sort, and prepare incoming mail for processing
• Extract and review checks/remittance documents for accuracy
• Enter payment and account data into systems with high attention to detail
• Follow security procedures and meet daily processing deadlines
• Prepare and distribute daily reports 
• Assist with assigned special projects

Supervision

This role does not have supervisory or other work direction responsibility over other employees.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1- 2 years of experience in customer service and/or clerical duties
• Familiarity with MS Office programs
• Strong time management
