Job Description
Our Tennis Desk Attendants' priority is ensuring guests and members have an exceptional experience. This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the heart of our tennis community, interacting with players of all levels and contributing to the overall success of our tennis programs.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Customer Service Excellence:
Greet and assist members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Handle inquiries, provide information, and ensure a positive experience for all tennis facility users.
Knowledge of services offered.
Facility Maintenance:
Maintaining the overall organization and presentation of the pro-shop.
Monitor and address equipment needs, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
Member Engagement:
Foster a welcoming environment, building rapport with members and promoting a sense of community.
Proactively address member needs and feedback, ensuring their satisfaction.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain accurate records of court bookings, lesson schedules, and member information.
Assist with payments as needed.
Assists with managing court reservations and ensure accurate scheduling.
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Basic computer proficiency.
Knowledge or interest in tennis is a preferred.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to be self-sufficient with job responsibilities.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
