Pay: Calculated based on years of licensed experience

     Fully Licensed | Range starts at $33.75 hourly

     Under-Licensed | Range starts at $28.85 hourly

Schedule: Part-time | Flexible scheduling 

Retention Sign-On Bonus:

     $2,500 for (Under-licensed)

     $5,000 for (Fully-licensed)

What We're Looking For:

The therapist will engage with clients in a positive, and non-judgmental manner while building trust and rapport. The Therapist will also...

• Provide intensive individual therapy to a small caseload.
• Collaborate closely with team members to brainstorm creative solutions and continuously improve our outreach efforts; as well as community partnerships to help individuals work towards stability and treatment success.
• A motivated self-starter and a can-do attitude.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Master’s degree - Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
• ACMHC, AMFT, CSW licensure in the State of Utah
• CMHC, LMFT, LCSW licensure in the State of Utah
• Valley de-escalation certification (provided)
