The PROCESSOR: CLOTHING performs a combination of material handling, sorting and merchandising duties. Candidate should have the heart of a servant in accordance with Colossians 3:23 “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters”. 

Essential Functions:

1. Provide friendly, efficient customer service to donors and/or customers while performing job functions within the retail environment.  
2. Accept, sort, and prep donations for sale on sales floor at expected rate of production.
3. Moving merchandise out on to sales floor.
4. Maintain a clean workstation, perform basic housekeeping duties and assist with stocking the sales floor.
5. Assist with training co-workers as the need arises.
6. Work with the entire mission staff as a team member.
7. Incorporate the philosophy of MorningStar Mission in every aspect of the store, customer service, employee moral, and program training.
8. Related duties as assigned.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

1. Ability to be available year-round in a part time role.
2. Retail experience a plus, but not required.
3. Basic computer skills with knowledge of internet and email.
4. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
5. Ability to comply with personal and business requirements and expectations as detailed in the Employee Handbook. .
