Tier 2 Systems Administrator (PART TIME) - POLYGRAPH REQUIRED

Currently, we are seeking an Entry Level Systems Administrator - PART TIME to join our Team!

** Must have active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph before consideration **

HOURS:

•  Sat-Sun 6am-4pm (Training will be on shift) 

Description:

• Provides technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software
• May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals
• Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions
• Provides remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites
• Identify, investigate, resolve, and follow-up problems brought to the helpdesk by users of cloud infrastructure

Requirements:

• TS/SCI w/ POLYGRAPH REQUIRED BEFORE CONSIDERATION
• Candidate shall have appropriate certification in compliance with the requirements of the DoD 8570 Information Assurance Category IAT Level I (A+ or Network+).
• Bachelors degree & 5 years' experience. 5 years of additional experience can substitute for a Bachelors degree.
