Position Information: The Variable Operations Administrator reports directly to the Customer Experience Manager and ensures that all Sales Deal documentation is processed timely and in compliance with Federal and State Laws.

Qualifications: High school diploma and/or equivalent. and one year office experience. PennDOT Agent Service Training required. Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. Professional personal appearance. Excellent communication skills in person, on the telephone, and in writing.
Working Conditions: Will work at a desk in an office setting for most duties. Will be trained on dealership computer programs.
