Tour Guide

Position Summary 

Schlafly Tour Guides are the voice and personality of our brewery tours—sharing the history, process, and passion behind our beers. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on meeting new people, enjoys learning (and re-learning), and wants to help guests fall in love with the Schlafly brand. 

What You'll Do

• Lead engaging, informative, and fun tours of our brewery. 
• Educate guests about the brewing process, Schlafly history, and our beer lineup.
• Build rapport with visitors from all walks of life.
• Encourage guests to try and purchase Schlafly products.
• Stay updated on new beer releases and company updates.
• Represent Schlafly Beer professionally in all interactions.

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 4+ hours).
• Ability to speak loudly and clearly in a variety of settings.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs (cases of beer/merchandise).
• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, sales, education, or public speaking preferred.
• Knowledge of craft beer is a plus, but not required.
